How Can I place an order?

  • In-person consultations are available for potential clients in the Triad North Carolina area

Order Policy:

  • $55.00 minimum
  • All items are hand-made, and created upon ordering
  • Orders must be paid in full before production
  • Prices reflected in invoice include fabric costs, supplies, and shipping
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time at most; A specific window of processing time will be provided in each invoice
  • Rush Orders (Orders that must be processed in 7 days or less) require a $30 flat fee plus the cost of the garment
  • Orders that require shipping will be shipped United States Postal Service First Class or USPS 2-3 Day Priority
  • Due to the fact that I have hand-made this item for your specific needs, ALL sales are final

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • To cancel an order you have placed with We Cee Style, you must customer support by email (WeCeeStyle@gmail.com) or by phone (336-880-0910). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as production on your order has not begun. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Out of Stock Policy/Special Orders:

  • Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within three (3) weeks. If you select one of these items, the actual shipping time frame will be communicated with you. If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item before confirming your order.

Shipping Policy for In-stock Items:

  • All items indicated to be in­ stock are shipped the following business day if the order is placed before 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • In-stock items ordered after 6:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped no later than the second business day from receipt of payment.
  • A confirmation email is sent once the item is shipped. This email will not only confirm that the item has left the warehouse, but will also provide the United States Postal Service tracking number for your item.
  • IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out ­of ­stock. In this event, I will make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping is available for the United States (U.S.) only
  • Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • Arrangements to pick up your order from the We Cee Style Warehouse are plausible at no additional cost upon your request

Hand Delivery Policy:

  • Hand Delivery Option(s) must be discussed at the time of ordering
  • Hand Delivery is available for clients or shipping addresses within 20.00 miles of the We Cee Style Warehouse
  • Hand Delivery is available free of charge for clients or shipping addresses within 5.0 miles of the We Cee Style Warehouse
  • Hand Delivery for clients or shipping addresses beyond 5.0 miles of the We Cee Style Warehouse will be charged $0.53 per mile
  • Arrangements to pick up your order from the We Cee Style Warehouse are plausible at no additional cost upon your request

When placing an order for clothing…

TAKING MEASUREMENTS:

Waist: Your natural waist is where your hip and and waist bend (typically equivalent to your belly-button); measure around this part of your body for your natural waist measurement

For skirts requiring a 2-inch or wider waistband, measure an (1) inch above your natural waist

Length: measure from your natural waist down your backside to be sure your skirt or pant will provide enough coverage.
