There’s nothing more whimsical and feminine than a tulle skirt or tutu!
In this black tulle skirt that I recently made myself, I felt so rebellious but elegant as well! My skirt was made with 4 layers of tulle solid pieced and fully sewn, no strips or knots. Underneath is a body-con pencil skirt unlike a circle skirt. The waistband is secured with flat black elastic for better fitting.

TAKING MEASUREMENTS:
Waist: measure your waist where you want your skirt to sit, either low, mid or high waist.
Length: measure from where you take your waist measurement down your backside to be sure your skirt will provide enough coverage.
